Consultant, Property Tax Commercial - El Paso, TX:

- Full-time position with hybrid and remote work options available
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a Master's in Business Discipline or JD
- Minimum of 1-3 years of audit or tax related experience preferred
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Must have a valid driver's license
- No supervisory responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Work with a team to identify tax savings opportunities for clients
- Research issues, reconcile databases, and complete detailed calculations
- Assist with the verification process by taxing authorities
- Create positive experiences for team members and clients
- Attend client meetings and property inspections
- Review property tax records and prepare reports
- Analyze assessment notices and file appeals
- Determine liability for development projects
- Interact frequently with team members and communicate effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Information:
To be considered for this position, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Computer Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Finance, International Business, Public Administration, Real Estate or other degree with Master's in Business Discipline or JD, Business Analytics, Operations and Supply Chain Management. Relevant work experience, such as internships or previous tax related positions, is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
