Staff Real Estate Specialist

This full-time position with Northrop Grumman offers a competitive salary range of $123, - $185,, with potential for bonuses and long-term incentives. As part of our Corporate Real Estate department, the Staff Real Estate Specialist will play a crucial role in managing our worldwide real estate portfolio and driving favorable financial outcomes for the company. This is a virtual position that requires occasional travel, approximately 10% of the time.

Position Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's global portfolio, including commercial and industrial leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions
- Collaborate with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to outline business goals, analyze real estate transactions, and recommend business terms
- Utilize real estate market studies, valuation and financial analysis, and scenario modeling to inform decision-making
- Actively participate in continuous process improvement efforts to further enhance our corporate real estate function

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related discipline with at least 15 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation OR Master's degree with at least 13 years of experience
- Strong interest in detailed contract negotiation and documentation, with experience in leases, appraisals, title insurance, site surveys, and environmental site assessments
- Proven track record of working in a collaborative environment and strong leadership skills
- Formal negotiation skills training and/or background in real estate financial/investment analysis preferred
- Familiarity with IBM Tririga real estate database a plus

Salary and Benefits:
