Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury caseloads, interacting with insurance companies, and ensuring the accuracy of all legal documents. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing excellent client service.

Job Details:

• Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process
• Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationships
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents as required
• Ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Hold an active Bar license in Oklahoma
• Possess at least 1 year of personal injury law experience
• Excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Commit to providing superb, responsive, and compassionate client service
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) and demonstrate tech-savvy capabilities
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal relations skills

Requirements:

• Active Bar license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury law experience
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Commitment to providing superb, responsive, and compassionate client service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Word, etc.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Oklahoma
