The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury caseloads, interacting with insurance companies, and ensuring the accuracy of all legal documents. Job Details:

• Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process
• Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• Communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationships
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents as required
• Ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Hold an active Bar license in Oklahoma
• Possess at least 1 year of personal injury law experience
• Excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Commit to providing superb, responsive, and compassionate client service
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) and demonstrate tech-savvy capabilities
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal relations skills

Requirements:

• Active Bar license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury law experience
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Commitment to providing superb, responsive, and compassionate client service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Word, etc.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
