Job Details:

  • Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process
  • Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients
  • Communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationships
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents as required
  • Ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Hold an active Bar license in Oklahoma
  • Possess at least 1 year of personal injury law experience
  • Excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
