What You'll Do:
- Conduct high-level reviews of tax research and work papers for individual, fiduciary, partnership, closely-held corporations, estate, and gift tax returns
- Lead client meetings on compliance and consulting projects related to tax planning opportunities and transactions
- Train, mentor, and supervise new and experienced Tax Consultants and Tax Seniors
- Take on lead client-contact roles, billing and profitability analysis, and marketplace eminence building and pursuits
- Work with ultra-affluent clients, including families with multigenerational wealth, entrepreneurs, and family offices

- Deloitte's Private Wealth team focuses on the specialized needs of the ultra-affluent
- Comprehensive, independent, and objective wealth transfer planning advice provided
- Help clients make informed, strategic decisions for their personal financial comfort, business and investment needs, family legacy, and charitable giving

Qualifications:
Required:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- 8+ years of public accounting experience (at least 3 years in investment management) or equivalent in law firms or industry
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
- Active accreditation required (licensed CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, or certified financial advisor or planner)
- Experience reviewing partnership and/or trust documents
- Experience managing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, client correspondence, and billing
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:
- Advanced degree such as MST, MAcc, JD, or LLM
- Prior Big 4 experience
- Knowledge of fund accounting and general ledger accounting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent research and writing skills

Salary Information:
- Wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs
- Estimated salary range of $119,490 to $238,680 (not adjusted for geographic location)
- Possibility of participating in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules and individual and organizational performance
