The position requires a candidate with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and/or Doctorate degree in the specified disciplines, along with a minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough patentability and freedom-to-operate searches in the biotech sector.
• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications adhering to USPTO regulations.
• Collaborate closely with scientific teams and inventors to comprehend and evaluate inventions.
• Offer technical expertise in biotechnology to support the development of a robust patent portfolio.
• Analyze and respond to office actions, interacting effectively with patent examiners.
• Stay abreast of advancements in biotech and intellectual property law.

Requirements:

• Registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
