Job Summary:
- Responsible for representing clients in all assigned cases with competence, ethics, and diligence
- Handle complex cases with severe injuries or damages
- Assist in managing and supervising other attorneys
- Perform managerial and administrative tasks as requested by supervisor
- Provide guidance and training to other attorneys
- Consult with Claims Department on insurance policy and legal questions
- Maintain and update computerized litigation support systems

Experience and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Law school degree and member of State Bar in location of position
- At least three years as an attorney with civil jury trial experience or equivalent
- Capable of handling cases of moderate to great exposure and/or complexity with minimal supervision
