Duties

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other professionals within the firm to develop effective legal strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing transactions for competition issues and HSR compliance.
  • Familiarity with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) Act and implementing Rules.
  • Proven advocacy experience before the DOJ and FTC.
  • Specialized knowledge in technology, life sciences, and private equity transactions is a significant advantage.
  • Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Comparable law firm experience in the field of antitrust law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the CA Bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
