Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represented clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation in federal courts.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft comprehensive legal briefs, motions, and pleadings.
  • Develop litigation strategies and provide legal advice on complex antitrust and class action matters.
  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
  • Participate in pretrial hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to ensure successful case outcomes.
  • Stay current with changes in antitrust laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
  • Prepare and present oral arguments in court as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Federal Court litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent academic background from an accredited law school.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
