Job Overview: A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Mid-Level Antitrust and Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in antitrust and class action defense litigation. This role requires significant Federal Court litigation experience, an excellent academic background, and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represented clients in antitrust and class action defense litigation in federal courts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft comprehensive legal briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide legal advice on complex antitrust and class action matters.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
• Participate in pretrial hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to ensure successful case outcomes.
• Stay current with changes in antitrust laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court as needed.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in antitrust and class action defense litigation.
• Proven experience with Federal Court litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent academic background from an accredited law school.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Education and Certifications:
