Job Overview:

The Employment Litigation Attorney will handle employment-related disputes and represent clients in litigation matters. They will manage a caseload, from discovery to trial, and demonstrate strong negotiation skills in mediation and with defense counsel.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in employment litigation matters.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, law and motion, and depositions.

Requirements:
