The Global Transportation Finance Associate Attorney will play a pivotal role in advising clients on complex transactional matters related to transportation finance, including securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, and aviation. The position requires strong contract drafting and negotiating skills, the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

 

Duties:

  • Advising clients on transactional matters related to transportation finance, including structuring and negotiating financing arrangements, loan agreements, and security documents.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support client initiatives and transactions.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
  • Managing client relationships and providing strategic guidance on legal issues affecting transportation finance transactions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate successful deal closings.
  • Staying informed about developments in transportation finance laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of transactional experience at a law firm.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • . degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials.
  • Admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the applicable jurisdiction.
