Job Overview: A law firm in Fulton, MD, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate or Junior Partner-Level Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in handling complex real estate transactions and possess strong leadership skills to mentor junior associates.

Duties:

• Led and managed real estate transactions from inception to closing, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and document drafting.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to resolve complex legal issues efficiently.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings related to real estate transactions.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Maryland State Bar and additional admission to the District of Columbia Bar are a plus.
• Experience practicing real estate law, focusing on transactional matters.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a high volume of real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of real estate principles, contracts, and financing structures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Maryland State Bar; additional admission to the District of Columbia Bar is preferred.
• Any relevant certifications or advanced degrees in real estate law or related fields are advantageous.
