Associate General Counsel, Litigation Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Meta client teams to identify and disrupt online abuse
- Lead investigations of online abuse in preparation for litigation
- Manage and develop strategies for various litigation and pre-litigation matters
- Work with outside counsel and advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risk
- Coordinate internal discovery activities and develop creative approaches to managing legal risks and resolving disputes

Minimum Qualifications:
- . degree and membership in at least one . state bar
- 8+ years of litigation experience at a law firm, government, and/or in-house role
- 3+ years of investigations experience at a law firm, government, and/or in-house role
- Experience with strategic thinking and managing multiple projects independently

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively outside of the legal department
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills
- Trial and appellate experience
- Familiarity with highly technical, software-related subject matters
