Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of cases, including reviewing medical records and other relevant documents.
• Interview clients to gather necessary information and assess claim strength.
• Provide legal advice and guidance, explaining clients' rights and options.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and stay updated on relevant laws.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Present persuasive arguments in court during trials, hearings, and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with experts to build strong cases.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.
• Keep clients informed about case progress and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Negotiate settlements aiming for maximum compensation.
• Stay updated on personal injury law changes through professional development.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing.
• 1-3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• In-depth knowledge of personal injury laws and legal procedures in Georgia.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in legal research.
• Trial experience and successful verdicts/settlements preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional legal services.

Experience:

1-3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
