Job Title: Senior Associate, International Tax
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning

Responsibilities:

- Direct multinational enterprises on business decisions, such as location and operations, entity choice, supply chain optimization, and capital mobilization
- Advise clients on tax planning decisions and potential short- and long-term consequences at a global level
- Collaborate with colleagues to structure tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs
- Assist clients with tax provision preparation and compliance work
- Advise on income tax treaty planning opportunities for cross-border investing and trading activities
- Provide tax services to alternative investment companies throughout the investment life cycle

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master's in Taxation, JD, and/or LLM preferred
- Knowledge of international and domestic tax law provisions
- Strong research and writing, Excel modeling, and oral communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple engagements, lead teams, and provide excellent client service
- Proven ability to develop and deepen client relationships and expand KPMG's footprint in local and global markets

Salary Information:

- Salary is determined based on relevant factors such as skills, job responsibilities, experience, and market considerations
