The candidate will primarily deal with immigration law cases and small percentage of criminal defense cases. Will formulate strategy in litigation. Assess liability and damages and develop documentation required for a successful outcome. Handle motions, arbitrations, and jury trials. Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses. Manage heavy litigation caseload. California Bar membership in good standing is required.
