Duties:

- Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients in various practice areas, including Business Facilities & Real Estate, Labor & Employment, Students & Special Education, Higher Education, and Litigation.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other pertinent materials.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies and solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends impacting the education sector.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.
- Prior experience in providing legal services to educational institutions is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures across various practice areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
