The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing and research skills, have a strong academic background from an accredited law school, and be ready to assume significant responsibility in a broad range of litigation matters. Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including but not limited to, civil, commercial, and employment disputes.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court to resolve legal disputes effectively.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on litigation-related issues.
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions on behalf of clients when necessary.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases, meet deadlines, and maintain organized case files.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
• 1-8 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Willingness to accept significant responsibility and demonstrate leadership skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
