Job Title: Staff Real Estate Specialist
Department: Corporate Real Estate
Experience: Minimum of 15 years in commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation or minimum of 13 years with a Master's degree in related discipline
Salary Range: $123, - $185,

Northrop Grumman, a leading technology company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Real Estate Specialist to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world and make history for generations to come. The selected candidate will have the responsibility to plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide portfolio, while also supporting business requirements and delivering favorable financial and contract outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects, including commercial and industrial leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Work with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to outline business goals and negotiate contracts
- Engage in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance the corporate real estate function
- Lead a team and possess excellent communication and listening skills

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law, or related discipline with at least 15 years of experience in real estate contract negotiation OR Master's degree with at least 13 years of experience
- Knowledge of real estate market studies, valuation, and financial analysis
- Formal training in negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, scenario modeling, and real property valuation
- Formal training in negotiation skills
- Experience with IBM Tririga real estate database
- MBA or JD Law with 8 years of detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range of $123, - $185,, based on qualifications and market conditions
