Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal counseling in areas such as advertising, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance
- Advising business clients on product/services and strategic partnerships
- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements

- Collaborating with other experienced teams at Amazon to define the future of online car shopping for customers

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both corporate law firm and in-house work
- Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent

Compensation:
- Base pay ranges from $123,100/year to $229,000/year, depending on geographic market and job-related factors
- Total compensation package may include equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits such as medical and financial benefits

Location:
This position is open to candidates in multiple locations, including Arlington, VA; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Seattle, WA; and Simi Valley, CA.
