A law firm in Los Angeles, is currently seeking a Mid-Level Traditional Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in traditional employment and labor practices, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, strikes, injunctions, and NLRB elections. The role requires excellent communication, research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a larger team. The candidate should have relevant law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and a distinguished academic background from a nationally recognized law school. Admission to practice in NY, CA, FL, or PA is required, and experience before the National Labor Relations Board is a plus.

Duties:

• Practice in areas of traditional employment and labor, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, strikes, injunctions, and NLRB elections.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree.
• Admission to practice law in NY, CA, FL, or PA.
• 3-6 years of traditional labor and employment experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from a nationally recognized law school.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
• Relevant law firm experience with immediately transferable skills.
• Certifications:
