- Responsible for representing clients in all assigned cases with competence, ethics, and diligence
- Handles cases involving all areas of tort practice, with potential for severe injuries and damages
- Provides guidance, supervision, and training to other attorneys
- Performs managerial and administrative tasks as requested by supervisor
- Consults with claims department on insurance policy questions and legal aspects of personal injury claims
- Maintains and updates computerized litigation support systems
- Requires a high school diploma, bachelor's degree, and law school degree with good standing in the state bar
- Must have at least three years of experience as an attorney with civil jury trial experience or equivalent
- Public speaking, ability to handle high case loads, and driving skills are essential
