A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant law firm experience in Corporate Law. The ideal candidate will specialize in private offerings, general venture capital and tech company corporate transactions, public company representation, and public offerings.

Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will provide legal support in corporate transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They will work closely with clients to facilitate successful business ventures and transactions.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and meetings with counterparties and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant law firm experience in Corporate Law.
  • Membership to the CA State Bar is required.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with superior interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Membership to the CA State Bar.

Skills:
