Position Summary:

- The Tax Transformation Senior position at Deloitte is focused on transforming client service delivery through people, process, and technology.
- This role offers an opportunity to be part of an innovative team that delivers high value, quality service aligned with the Deloitte brand.
- The Senior will collaborate with Tax professionals, technologists, and key stakeholders to drive improvements across multiple Business Threads.
- Responsibilities include applying agile and design thinking techniques, engaging with Tax professionals to identify pain points and opportunities, and driving adoption through change management and communication.
- The Senior will also be responsible for analyzing feedback, decommissioning legacy systems, and project management.

Responsibilities:

- Apply agile and design thinking techniques to process analysis and design
- Engage with Tax professionals to understand client service pain points and assess opportunities for improvement
- Decompose business requirements
- Collaborate throughout the technology delivery lifecycle
- Conduct user testing
- Perform business readiness assessments
- Prepare learning delivery and materials
- Drive adoption through change management and communication
- Analyze feedback and develop related action plans
- Decommission legacy systems
- Manage projects

The Team:

- Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is responsible for defining delivery standards and processes to support the delivery of Tax services, as well as deploying technology to enable service delivery.
- The team is composed of professionals from various backgrounds, including Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals.
- The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects, with a strong focus on process design, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work within a hybrid work model that requires in-person collaboration 2-3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field
- 3+ years of client service experience in tax compliance related areas, such as Corporate, Investment Management, or Individuals
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on project work
- Active accreditation, in process, or willingness to obtain one of the following: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or Technology Certifications
- Knowledge of data management and metrics
- Strong communication skills and a focus on process and technology improvements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Process-driven thinking

Preferred:

- 3+ years of digital transformation experience
- Experience with agile delivery and design thinking
- Business process analysis and design experience
- End-to-end technology project delivery
- Training delivery and post-production client facing support experience
- Strong focus on deployment, adoption, and change management
- Experience in defining delivery standards
- Agile or PMP certification
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

Salary Information:

The disclosed salary range takes into account various factors, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions are based on individual circumstances.
