Duties:

  • Represent clients in medical malpractice defense cases.
  • Conduct legal research using various tools, including Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Prepare and participate in trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide legal counsel as needed.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in medical malpractice laws.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar license in Maryland; DC Bar license is a plus.
