  • Ideally, have 2 years of top-tier law firm experience in one or more of the following: commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing; title, land use, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents.
  • Demonstrated experience in top-tier law firms.
  • Strong academic record from a reputable law school.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the state bar in Wyoming or eligibility for admission.
