Job Summary:

PwC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PTPA Manager to join their Internal Tax team. This role will involve providing tax compliance and tax planning guidance to partners and principals within PwC's global network of professional services firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, and year-end planning. They will also have experience managing and performing individual tax compliance and reviews for executives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tax compliance and planning guidance to partners and principals within PwC's global network of professional services firms.
• Utilize firm-issued technologies to review individual tax returns and identify/address client tax issues.
• Collaborate with team members virtually and manage work/life balance.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships at the executive level.
• Lead and coach team members, providing timely feedback.
• Utilize project management and communication skills to manage resource requirements and budgets.
• Prepare and present complex written and verbal materials.
• Research complex individual tax issues.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies.
• Use digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred Master's degree).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role.
• CPA, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar (required).
• Strong technical skills in reviewing individual tax returns and tax planning for partners and executives.
• Experience with various tax preparation software and online tax organizers.
• Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
• Ability to work with large, complex data sets and utilize data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
