Hiring Office - The USTP has 21 regions and 89 field offices across the United States. Qualifications - Successful candidates will be second- and third-year law students with excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fairness and integrity in the administration of the bankruptcy system. Salary - This is an uncompensated student volunteer position, but academic credit and transit subsidies may be available.
