  • Offer guidance on leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, employment agreements, and other labor and employment issues.
  • Assess and draft employer handbooks and policies, collaborating closely with employers to strategize regarding employment law compliance.
  • Engage in meaningful litigation related to labor and employment matters.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service and satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Membership in the California State Bar.
  • 5-6 years of experience in the Labor and Employment Practice.
  • Significant counseling and litigation experience, with a substantive background in wage and hour law.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of work and career.
