# Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager ## Job Overview PwC is currently seeking a Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager to join their Internal Tax team and provide a full range of taxation services. As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. ## Responsibilities The Partner Tax Preparation Advisors Tax Manager will be responsible for: - Developing new skills outside of comfort zone - Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively - Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development - Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations - Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations - Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations - Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making - Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients - Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties - Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct ## Requirements and Preferences To be considered for this role, applicants must have: - Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 4+ years of experience - The following qualifications are preferred: - Master Degree - Demonstrated knowledge of Partnership K-1 income, state tax credits, composite returns, Schedules A,B,C,D, E and year end planning - Experience in managing and performing individual tax compliance/reviews and planning for executives, preferably for a global network of professional services firms - Experience leveraging firm-issued technologies, ., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc), Google at Work (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), etc. - Experience leveraging technical skills with reviewing individual tax returns and tax planning for partners within a firm or executives, especially identifying and addressing client tax issues - Experience building and maintaining robust client relationships at the executive level - Experience leading and collaborating with team members virtually, including managing and supporting the work/life balance of the team - Experience in preparing, coordinating, reviewing and presenting complex written and verbal materials - Experience working within various tax preparation software and on-line tax organizers, especially leading executives to understand and use various proprietary software and websites - Experience researching complex individual tax issues - Experience leading on-going change and leveraging new technology - Experience as a tax technical business advisor, including developing new relationships - Knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment - Experience innovating through new and existing technologies and experimenting with digitization solutions - Experience working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to clients - Experience utilizing digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements ## Salary The salary range for this role is $94,000 - $187,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
