  • Exhibit strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.

  • State and federal court experience is a plus.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents.
  • Experience with motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
  • Specialization in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters is preferred.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • Strong academic background from a nationally recognized school.

 

Certifications:

State Bar admission.
