Job Description: -Moss Adams is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join our Tax Services team, delivering quality tax solutions to public and privately owned middle-market companies, not-for-profit organizations, and high net worth individuals. -As the primary engagement manager, you will have economic responsibilities for billing, realization, and collections. -You will also be responsible for effectively leveraging technology and other resources to maximize technical application to projects. -Other duties include determining appropriate tax objectives, scope, and methodology, developing and executing a business development plan, and evaluating and developing team members. Qualifications: -A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required, and a Master's degree in Taxation is preferred. -You must have a minimum of 7 years of related experience, preferably in a public accounting firm. -A CPA or Bar License is required, as well as a minimum of 4 years of supervisory and training experience. -You must also be a subject matter expert in corporate, partnership, individual or trust and estate taxation and have proven market facing skills. Compensation: -Compensation range for Washington: $130,000- $211,000.
