  • Draft and respond to discovery requests.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on case status and gather necessary information.
  • Advise clients on legal issues and potential courses of action.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Stay current on legal developments and precedents relevant to assigned cases.
  • Analyze and apply legal principles to specific case facts.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on civil litigation.
  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent conceptual and research skills.
