Eide Bailly is currently seeking a State Credits & Incentives Senior Manager/Director to join our National Tax team. This role can be located in any of our office locations or can be remote eligible. This is a full-time position with the option to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office.

Typical Day in the Life:
- Building a State and Local Credits and Incentives Tax practice.
- Identifying, negotiating, and implementing state and local tax incentives for clients across the United States.
- Working with other departments and resources to offer comprehensive credits and incentives services.
- Mentoring and developing existing and new staff.
- Managing and implementing multiple projects.
- Attending industry meetings and conferences.
- Leading internal educational sessions.
- Writing internal and external communications.
- Conducting research and staying up-to-date on tax credits and incentives.
- Managing client relationships and building value into professional services.
- Going to market with internal teams.
- Supervising and delegating duties.
- Providing mentoring and training for employees.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; Master's or . and . in Taxation preferred.
- 9+ years of credits and incentives consulting experience required.
- Valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of tax accounting principles, IRS regulations, and state and local tax credits and incentives.
- Skilled in networking and business development.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
