Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop and execute legal strategies.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• Actively engage with the Colorado Family Law Section, seeking opportunities for leadership and visibility.
• Utilize at least 2 years of legal experience, with a preference for prior family law experience in a private practice setting in the State of Colorado.
• Display superior communication skills, both verbal and written, while adhering to the highest ethical standards.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to community service and give back to the local community.
• Engage in regular networking and participate in professional development activities to stay current with the latest legal developments.

Requirements:

• Colorado attorney licensure (current or pending) with no pending grievances or malpractice claims.
• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience.
• Prior family law experience is preferred, especially in a private practice within Colorado.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Commitment to professionalism and customer service.
• Strong ethical values and unblemished ethics.
• The desire for leadership and prominence within the Colorado Family Law Section.
• Willingness and ability to actively engage in networking and continuous professional development.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
• Current or pending Colorado attorney licensure.

Certifications:
