Job Overview: A law firm in Irvine, CA, is seeking an experienced Senior Trusts And Estates Attorney with over 10 years of practice in trust administration and estate planning for high net-worth clients. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of sophisticated estate planning solutions and have a strong track record of drafting estate planning documents. This position requires strong academic credentials, exceptional written and communication skills, and membership in the State Bar of California.

Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Draft a variety of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on trust administration, asset protection, and tax-efficient strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to ensure clients' objectives are met.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to stay current with relevant laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in estate and trust litigation, if necessary.
• Manage a caseload and maintain accurate and organized legal records.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on trusts and estates.
• Extensive experience in trust administration and estate planning for high-net-worth clients.
• Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admission to the State Bar of California is mandatory.
• Preferred: Experience working in a large law firm.
• Preferred: . in Taxation.
