Candidates with litigation experience who aspire to work in the field of family law will also be considered. The Attorney will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and representation in family law matters.

Duties:

• Handle a caseload of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence.
• Conduct legal research, investigate cases, and prepare legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on their family law matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
