The role involves providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base in various industries. The company offers a hybrid work model and the ability to co-locate in person 2-3 days a week. Qualifications: Required: - Ability to work in a hybrid model - 5+ years' experience in federal tax compliance, accounting, and provisions - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or certified financial advisor/certified financial planner - Ability to travel up to 25% Preferred: - Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM - Experience in a virtual and/or global environment - Passion for technology and exploring new solutions - Strong understanding of accounting for income taxes - Previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm - Excellent research, writing, and communication skills - Strong management experience Salary Information: The wage range for this role is $84,980 to $169,650, taking into account various factors such as skills, experience, and certifications. This estimate does not include any geographic differentials and may vary based on individual circumstances.
