The candidate will support trial preparations. Will draft complex legal memorandums. Manage a large docket of cases in multiple states. Evaluate the merits of potential cases. Conduct legal research on cases. Document review. Draft and respond to discovery. Defend and take depositions, including experts. Prepare expert reports and assist with trial prep. Correspond with opposing counsel and clients to facilitate the legal process. Track and manage SOL analysis. E-filings in state and federal courts. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. Should have the ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
