Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on government contracts, laws, and regulations.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to government contract issues.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in government contracts law.
  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience counseling clients on government contracts, laws, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of negotiating subcontracts and teaming agreements.
  • Litigation experience in bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.
  • High level of academic achievement.
