A law firm in Golden, CO is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must hold a Colorado license to practice law and be a current resident of Colorado. This position requires litigation and/or trial experience, strong brief writing skills, sound judgment, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. Duties:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various civil matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal team members on case strategy.
• Manage case files, including document organization and review.

Requirements:

• Colorado license to practice law and current residency in Colorado.
• 1-5 years of relevant civil litigation experience.
• Strong litigation and/or trial experience preferred.
• Excellent brief writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and strategic thinking.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar.
