Job Summary
Moss Adams is currently seeking an entry-level Tax Staff to join their team. Tax Staff are primarily responsible for preparing tax returns, including supporting work papers for various types of returns such as individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and non-profits.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting preferred
- Master of Tax or JD/LLM preferred
- MUST meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in the state of employment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire
- Technology-related coursework highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Highly motivated and embrace challenges as an opportunity to grow
- Outstanding organization and project management skills
- Quickly adapt to a changing work environment, including the use of software, systems, and technology
- Prepared to travel to client locations, which may include occasional overnight stays
- Ability to work overtime, as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Compensation
The compensation range for this role is Washington State (excluding Greater Seattle Area): $69,300-$75,600; Greater Seattle Area - Seattle, Everett, Tacoma: $72,000-$75,600. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
