Responsibilities:
As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in all assigned cases with competence, ethics, and diligence. This includes handling cases of moderate to severe complexity and/or exposure, as well as assisting other attorneys. You will also consult with and provide legal opinions to the Claims Department regarding insurance policies and personal injury claims. Other responsibilities include maintaining litigation support systems, keeping supervisors informed, and performing other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and law school degree required
- Member in good standing of the State Bar in the state of position location
- At least three years of experience as an Attorney, including civil jury trial experience or equivalent dispositive ADR experience
- Ability to handle cases of moderate to great exposure and/or complexity with minimal supervision
- Strong public speaking skills and ability to handle high case loads in adversarial situations
- Must be able to drive for travel purposes
