Job Details:

• Manage litigation cases and legal disputes within the Firm's practice areas.
• Possess a current Idaho Bar License, maintain CLE compliance, and hold a good standing status.
• Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation.
• Demonstrate strong, clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing, whether in person or via phone.
• Exhibit a self-driven and self-motivated mindset, coupled with the ability to work effectively as a team member alongside attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff.
• Showcase strong legal research and writing skills, including the completion of a writing assignment as part of the employment eligibility process.
• Present exceptional academic credentials.
• Independently draft documents and pleadings with minimal editing or formatting required.
• Possess proficient experience using Microsoft Office 365 programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams.
• Be willing to participate in professional networking opportunities and contribute to Firm marketing initiatives for both individual and Firm growth.
• Ability to commute to either office location during regular business hours.

Requirements:

• Idaho Bar License in good standing.
• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Exceptional academic credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Current Idaho Bar License.
• CLE compliance.
