The Employment Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for defending and litigating lawsuits related to a wide spectrum of employment-related claims and agency charges. The role involves advising, counseling, and training employers on various employment and labor law issues. Duties:

  • Defend and litigate lawsuits involving various employment-related claims and agency charges.

  • Handle class action/PAGA matters (experience preferred but not required).
  • Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediation in employment matters, including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.

Requirements:

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • 4-6 years of experience, with a strong background in employment law.
  • Current CA Bar admission in good standing.
  • Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures.

Skills:
