Duties:

  • Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and preparation.
  • Manage discovery processes, including document review and production.
  • Assist in negotiations with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and respond to claim objections.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding bankruptcy matters.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in general bankruptcy litigation.
  • Stellar academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in complex Chapter 11 plan and asset sale litigation.
  • Prior experience with bankruptcy-related software and databases.
  • Additional certifications or coursework in bankruptcy law.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
