A law firm in Irvine, CA, is seeking a qualified Business Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in product liability cases, and demonstrate proficiency in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, arguing discovery motions, and preparing for and participating in trials and arbitration hearings.

Duties:

• Handle business litigation matters with a focus on product liability cases.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions and engage in discovery activities.
• Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration hearings.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on litigation-related issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience.
• Strong background in product liability cases.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Superior research and writing ability.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
