The candidate must have experience researching and drafting briefs and motions (motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, etc.). Experience taking and defending depositions (even if second chair) is required. Experience handling discovery for complex matters is needed. Experience in preparing cases for trial is essential. Must have experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trial experience either in state or federal courts. Georgia Bar admission is required.
