Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in employment or complex litigation defense.
  • Experience with class actions, representative actions, traditional labor law, and/or employment counseling preferred.
  • Exceptional academic credentials with a demonstrated record of achievement.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and research skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team in a multi-office environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
