Job Duties:

  • Conduct and respond to discovery

  • Assist with the preparation of cases for trial
  • Conduct negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies

Requirements:

  • Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in litigation is preferred

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar Association

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or Paralegal is a plus.
