The Associate Attorney will collaborate closely with Partners and Associates on projects involving technology, life sciences, digital innovation, and commercial arrangements across various industries. They will draft agreements, provide client advice, interact directly with clients and team members, and mentor junior lawyers.

Duties:

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Intellectual Property (IP) and technology.
  • Background and experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • An active member of the California State Bar (preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of technology, life sciences, and digital innovation.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
